Savennières Roche aux Moines

Our parcels of Savennières Roche aux Moines, whose origin dates back to the Middle Ages, former possession of the Abbey of Saint-Nicolas d’Angers, are located on a rocky spur that juts out over the Loire near Savennières.

This gives them an ideal exposure.

The natural conditions combined with the commitments of the appellation’s producers (Chenin Blanc only, prohibited weedkillers and insecticides, low yields, prohibited chaptalisation…) are particularly favourable to the production of exceptional dry white wines.

Our organic Roches aux Moines wines are very complex wines that will embellish your plates of smoked eels or mustarded veal filet mignon.
